Movement & Fitness

To complete the balance of a healthy mind and soul, exercise and taking care of the body is a very important part of the equation.

I offer Movement and Fitness sessions which is a combination of the following:

  • Stretching
  • Toning
  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Various forms of dance routines
  • Balance
  • Connecting with the body

A session consists of a combo of all of the above to give an overall workout of the above, generally to inspiring music. The sessions are fun, and are taken at your own pace.

Classes are suitable for all ages.

Group, personal one on one sessions and online sessions are available.

Group and online cost: R70 per class
